How to Move Crypto from Crypto.com to MEW Mobile

Downloading and Creating a MEW Wallet
If you do not have a MEW Wallet yet, you can easily create one by downloading the MEW Mobile app. If you are using iOS, you can follow the instructions in this article to create a wallet. If you are using Android, you can follow this article to create a wallet.
Send from Crypto.com App
Open the app then click ‘Accounts’ at the bottom.
Click ‘Crypto’.
Select the crypto you want to send.
Click ‘Withdraw’.
Click ‘External Wallet’.
Add your MEW Mobile address by clicking the ‘+’ at the top right of the app.
Click ‘Wallet address’.
Select the crypto you want to withdraw.
On the MEW Mobile app, you can check which networks are supported by clicking the network at the top left of the app.
Back on the Crypto.com app, select the network you want to send your crypto on, paste in your MEW Mobile wallet address and enter a name for your wallet then click ‘Continue’.
You may get a pop up asking if you trust this wallet address, click ‘Yes, I trust this address’.
Enter your passcode and 2FA if set up.
Select your wallet, it should be located at the bottom of the list.
There should be another pop up asking if you trust this wallet address. Click ‘Confirm and Withdraw’.
Enter the amount you want to send to your wallet then click ‘Withdraw’.
Review your transaction then click ‘Confirm’.
Enter your passcode and 2FA if set up. Now your crypto should be on its way!
Once the transaction is confirmed, you should see your crypto in your tokens list in your MEW Mobile wallet.
Send from Crypto.com Website
First, head to the Crypto.com website and click ‘Accounts’.
Under the ‘Crypto wallet’ section, click the 3 dots to the right of the crypto you want to withdraw.
Click ‘Withdraw’.
Select the address you want to withdraw to. You may need to add your MEW Mobile address if it is not in the list.
Click ‘Withdraw’ when you select your address.
There may be a pop up asking if you trust this wallet address. Click ‘Confirm and Withdraw’.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw then click ‘Withdraw’.
Review your transaction and verify that it is on the correct network you want to receive on. Once you are done reviewing your transaction, click ‘Confirm’.
On the MEW Mobile app, you can check which networks are supported by clicking the network at the top left of the app.
Enter your passcode and 2FA if set up.
You should see that your request has been submitted! It may take a few minutes depending on the network you sent your tokens on.
You should see your tokens in your tokens list on your MEW Mobile app once the transaction is confirmed.
